How do I make a SHUTTLE, TAXI or TRANSFER BOOKING with you company?

How do I arrange a pick up from my RESORT,VILLA,GUEST HOUSE?
For Departure Reservations, please call email Us or call us 1758-518 8275 no later than 12 hours prior to your flight. regional flights require passengers to arrive 2 hours prior to flight departure times; international flights require passengers to arrive 3 hours prior to flight departure times.
Can I return to the airport with your service?
Yes, we will pick you up at any location in St. Lucia and when booking you may also indicate your service preference, whether one way trip or roundtrip.
Insurance?
All our vehicles are properly insured with the type of insurance required for vehicles in the taxi trade.
Drivers?
All our drivers are certified and trained taxi drivers .certified by the Ministry of Tourism
How far in advance do I have to book ?
We recommend you book at least 12 hours in advance to ensure that we have enough time to maintain our high service standards. We do our best to accommodate any last minute requests.
What does the price include?
A one-way price will include a single journey, either from your arrival airport, to your accommodation or from your accommodation to your departure airport. A return booking includes both the arrival and departure transfer from airport to accommodation upon arrival and from accommodation to airport on departure. Unless stated otherwise, individual taxis will accommodate up to 3 passengers.
How do I pay for my shuttle ,Transfer, taxi ?
we do not accept credit or debit cards
Your Shuttle,transfer,taxi fare will be paid upon arrival in cash to your driver.
What is your smoking policy?
We operate a complete non smoking policy in all vehicles used.
What happens if my outbound flight is delayed?
Your taxi driver will be informed and collect you at the new time.
Do I need to tip the driver?
The price paid does not include a tip. As is standard across the globe these days if you feel your resort taxi driver has been friendly and courteous, then a small tip is the norm.
